Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services

Unlimited Health® is an online store in the organic and natural product industry.

Agreement of Sale

An agreement of sale between Unlimited Health® and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point, all goods remain the property of Unlimited Health®.

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.

All orders are dispatched via the Post Office, courier service, or international airmail. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.

You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Customer Privacy Policy

Unlimited Health® shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

Unlimited Health® respect your privacy. This means that any and all of the personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards or by bank transfer or cash deposit into the Unlimited Health bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Unlimited Health via Virtual Card Services who use the strictest forms of encryption.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by Unlimited Health separately from card details which are entered by the customer on the Virtual Card Services secure payment terminal. For more detail on Virtual Card Services visit the Virtual Card Services website.

Merchant outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

Unlimited Health® takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Use of the Website

This site may be used by customers to browse the content and products and to make legitimate purchases. Persons may not use this site for any purposes such as fraudulent or speculative transactions or to copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any of the images or content available on the site.

Variation

Unlimited Health® may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not allow cancellations but should anything be wrong with your order, we do allow returns as per below conditions 

Your happiness as a customer and client is our main focus. 

If your purchase arrives and you are not 100% satisfied, if anything is broken or damaged, or if there is an item missing, please call +2776 8093588 or email orders@unlimitedhealth.co.za immediately so that we can rectify the situation as quickly & efficiently as possible.

What do I do if I want to return something?

You are welcome to return any product purchased from our online store within 7 days of receiving it. 

Unfortunately, we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original, unopened packaging. 

We will organize for a courier to collect the item, and as soon as we receive it, we will replace the item, or offer an online store credit for the amount in question.

Returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within two working days.

Once payment reflects and is dispatched it can take up to 7 working days to receive your order. 

All orders will be dispatched via one of our delivery partners.

You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address provided, when you signed up or placed the order and accepted the Terms & Conditions, signed for the delivery.
