Dosage

Castor oil packs can be put on different areas of the body, such as over the thyroid, over the liver, over the general mid-section area, over a certain area that has been in chronic pain, etc.

Please note that castor oil can stain fabrics. It can be tricky to remove from clothing, bedding, or furniture if not treated quickly.

To prevent stains when using our castor oil pack, use an old T-shirt or towel to protect your bedding, although our castor oil pack does have a protective layer to avoid leaks.

The use of a heat pad on top just encourages the castor oil to deeply penetrate the skin and increase the benefits.

You’ll want to set up your area before you put the pack on, because once it is in place, you don’t want to move for a while.

How to Use:

How to Use:

  1. Pour the castor oil in the middle of the wrap. Dab it in until it’s not dripping and then fix the wrap over the desired area (over the thyroid, over the liver, over the mid-section, abdomen, liver, breasts, hip area/ joints or knee/leg area)
  2. Apply gentle heat (Optional – The use of a heat pad on top just encourages the castor oil to deeply penetrate the skin and increase the benefits. You can leave the heat on for 20-30 mins)
  3. Relax for 1 hour, or leave overnight
  4. Then remove and wipe off excess oil.
  5. Repeat 3-4 times per week for best results!
